It's been 4 weeks I've paid for my remote I have not received my product I've sent emails and rang left messages worst thing is im 1 and half hours away. What a joke
The customer service at Retro Remotes is exceptional. They go out of their way to help, they listen and in my case even prewired one side of the transmitter. I cant praise them enough. Great Team of very knowledgeable and helpful people. Cant thank them enough.

I contacted Retro remotes trying to find a replacement courtesy light for my existing roller. While they didn't stock replacements Adrian was very helpful and let me know exactly what type of light I needed and where to get it for about half the price I probably would have paid.
