Needed a remote for my garage door but couldn't find my door motor model. Gave them a call and they helped me choose the right remote. Ordered online, delivered and at a good price. Would definitely recommend them!
It's been 4 weeks I've paid for my remote I have not received my product I've sent emails and rang left messages worst thing is im 1 and half hours away. What a joke
The customer service at Retro Remotes is exceptional. They go out of their way to help, they listen and in my case even prewired one side of the transmitter. I cant praise them enough. Great Team of very knowledgeable and helpful people. Cant thank them enough.
