I was working late one night at home and I suddenly heard water running in my kitchen. Little did I know one of my pipes under the sink was very damaged. Your company is my go-to water service, so I contacted your emergency plumbers in Winnetka. When they came to the house, the plumbers found out that the entire pipe needed replacement. The entire service was very affordable and no more leaks at home.

Our tankless hot water heater decided to act up last winter, and I looked on the manufacturer website for recommended service providers. Retro Plumbing was the second entry. Kevin came out the same day to diagnose the problem, and the next day the water heater was fixed. He was highly knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and very respectful of my home. Can not recommend him highly enough.
I will be honest, I have never written a review before, so bear with me, but I just had to comment on my great experience! Called Friday morning with a pretty bad leak on the tub in my new house. I looked up local plumbing contractors and called Retro. Within 2 hours Kevin and his son were at my house taking care of business. Awesome! FAST, NICE, HONEST, AFFORDABLE! No sales pitches, they just address the issue at hand. My past experiences with many other contractors can be described as flaky, dishonest and lackadaisical. I appreciated the rapid, honest and straightforward approach to my plumbing resolutions that I only would have received from my father before.
