I’ve used Retro Photo Reading twice and the actual film processing results were good, but the customer service over the phone has completely turned me off from using them again. I’ve called them three times ever, and every time I called, the person I spoke with came across as rude, dismissive, and irritated by basic questions. My most recent call was today simply to ask whether they sell 35mm and 120 film on a website because I live in NEPA, and I had to repeat myself several times just to get a clear answer. Mike, Nick, and Julie are always helpful with questions and very knowledgeable about cameras and film. They develop films in color and B/W in 135mm and 120mm. Then they'll scan the film, send it to Dropbox, and you'll receive an email that they're ready. If you want the negatives, they'll give that back to you.
