We were in Chester ,Virginia. We were traveling on Route 10 eastbound getting ready to enter the ramp for northbound I-95. As we approached the ramp to enter....on the southbound off ramp from southbound I-95 to eastbound Route 10. A white pickup truck came off of that exit ramp. This same truck was headed eastbound on Route 10....this white pickup truck DID NOT YIELD TO ONCOMING TRAFFIC . This pickup truck DIDN'T EVEN STOP!
