I hired Advanced Improvements to replace a door threshold and repair rotten wood. Before they came out, I specifically sent photos and warned them that the house was on a foundation (not a slab) and that the floor was bowing/rotted underneath. My concerns were brushed off, claiming it "shouldn't matter." After I had to follow up three separate times just to get an arrival time, they finally came by.
