I love this gym! The staff is always so nice, and you truly build a bond with them. The trainers are all amazing and will help you with any questions about equipment or form, whether you’re their client or not. The classes are incredible,Sam is the best instructor! She’s super funny and makes you feel comfortable right away. They also have a massage room, red light therapy, and tanning beds. Overall the gym is a good value; lots of different equipment, long hours, and a nice staff. I would recommend the gym to a friend However, there's a big problem with members, who sit on the equipment playing on their phones, often for very long periods. Similarly, some people walk away from the equipment, and when I start using the equipment, they return and say, "I just have two more sets." Taylor is an excellent trainer. I like the red light therapy, and all the equipment.
