We also have been trying g to cancel membership with retro fitness. They close the one I attended and said they notified everyone. I was not notified. Now they are giving me the run around. I have even tried the BBB. No help there either. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR POCKETS!

The gym is amazing and great staff who can help you anytime my dad left his headphones there and one of the staff found it and they clean it afterwards they were their when we can

STAY AWAY! ! ! I had a Retro Fitness membership that was paid in full. All of a sudden my gym location permanently closed. I have tried contacting Retro Fitness management to obtain a refund, but all they do is ignore my requests. I also contacted the corporate office, they also ignored me. This company will steal from you!

The equipment is clean and maintained nicely. I like the size of this gym. Mid size, not overwhelming. The gym is very comfortable temperature wise. The giant ceiling fan does does a nice job keeping the air circulating. Had some unpleasant and absurd people issues here and management did a bad job reconciling them. Actually no effort at all to determine validity or circumstance and restore harmony. Critical thinking and Communication skills are lacking in this new paranoid world.
