Great gym and love the boxing room and massage chairs, would be perfect if they added a sauna.
I’ve worked out around the country using gyms who have a daily rate while im traveling. I found myself in Hollywood/Davie Florida. I almost drove by the gym because I wasn’t impressed with the brand during a prior experience. Happy I went in. Mix of new and old school like Hammer Strength machines. Very good size with amenities. I wish this gym was in my area!
Great equipment, awesome atmosphere, and the best post-workout smoothies in town.
This now definitely has everything I need. I am so happy they added the top of the line red light therapy. I will be there more often now. If we can only get an infared sauna and cold plunge.
