The classes are challenging and the instructors crack me up! Great personalities.
The Lincroft location is very solid, lots of parking and most of the equipment looks brand new virtually out of the showroom or at least in like new condition. Great clientele as well, and the employees behind the counter are very professional and excellent. My only criticism is that they have only one Smith machine, my advice would be get rid of one of the free weight benches as there are an over-abundance of them and slide one more Smith machine in there to bring the total to two like pretty much all other locations. Good gym, has just about everything you need and is generally kept organized and clean. Even at peak times it doesn’t get terribly crowded. Not a ton of gym options in the area, this one is the best value in my opinion
Victorias classes are amazing! She’ll get you fit in no time!
