One of the worst retro location, other retros are way nicer just unfortunately not in brooklyn. Old broken equipment, staff is rude and incompetent. You get what you pay for.
I like the place; it's quiet, has plenty of machines, and offers good service.
The Temperature is Crazy hot inside. Not sure whether the Franchiser knows. The crowd and vibe is great. The staff are also great. I just wish they’d turn on the AC!!
I was able to cancel my membership when I needed to easily with zero hassle, which I really appreciated. The space is massive, has just about everything you could want, and is hands down the best value in the area.
