Expensive gym that’s nowhere to be found anywhere else, good luck canceling the most expensive tier membership only when the manager is in, otherwise the employees won’t even budge or look at the PC on canceling your membership. Planet fitness has the same equipment and you can cancel with one click on their website without a single human interaction, like how all gyms should be.

Retro Fitness is a hidden gem in the Financial District. There’s plenty of strength training equipment, free weights and benches, squat racks, cardio machines, and even space for functional fitness training. It’s so nice to take a break from the hustle and bustle and come to a gym where you can put your items away, put your headphones in, and just zone into your workout in without worrying about safety, cleanliness, or crowds. A very good gym to workout. Convenient, clean, spacious, good machines and many of them. A nice industrial style with high ceilings. Never crowded but always enough people working out so you feel motivated. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, helpful. Always available to answer questions in person or on phone. Terrible morning staff
