My personal trainer, Kieran, is an outstanding instructor. He has lead me through a structured program since June 2025, and methodically introduced changes in the routine as my physiology improved. His methods of training are top notch. The front desk staff are also very personable, friendly and supportive. Overall, my gym time has been a productive and enjoyable journey! Thank You!
I wish there was less than one star because that’s what this place would get. My daughter is 16 and we live so close to this Jim but we’ve been going to Planet Fitness and dedicated to them for the last three years almost daily. But on the rare times when I’m just that busy that I can’t get us to the gym, my daughter still wants to go and doesn’t have her license yet so she decided to try out retro fitness before committing and moving both of us from Planet Fitness.
