The gym has been closed for close to a month now and I would like to cancel my membership. How am I to do so if I have no way to contact them... Unacceptable.
Your members deserve better communication on why the facility is closed, ESPECIALLY if you’re still charging cards. EDIT 4/1/25: All members have received an email stating the facility will remain permanently closed. I recommend looking for other gyms in the area.
I called but apparently the gym is temporarily closed on Google and I want to cancel my membership. Called ABC company and they don’t handle cancellation which is crazy to know that they are in charge on retro fitness. This is crazy because I don’t live in the Bronx, don’t have a retro fitness near me and I recently lost my job and all I want to do is just cancel my membership.
I am a new member of this Retro Fitness and paid for a three-month membership approximately two weeks ago. Subsequently, on March 14, 2025, the establishment closed without prior notice and remains closed today, March 21, 2025, as of this writing. The establishment only has a paper sign taped to the door that says "closed until further notice."
