WORST customer service ever!!!! My husband when in this evening to workout and was stopped at the desk a second night in a row. Last night he needed to update his cc which he did. Got stopped AGAIN tonight saying he needs to pay or can’t workout. Why didn’t they take care of ALL of that last night. My overall experience at the gym is super positive. Clay, Tabetha, Dale and another Jamaican guy who I do not recall his name are kind and welcoming. It makes me always want to go to the gym because it feels like home.
I had an extremely frustrating experience trying to cancel my father’s membership. Despite my father submitting a written cancellation request, we were met with repeated pushback, inconsistent communication, and unnecessary back-and-forth. Friendly atmosphere,
Retro has a wide variety of equipment and always updating. I’m working with a personal trainer right now (Dale) and he’s very knowledgeable and patient and helpful about me reaching my goals.
