They have everything you need in a gym and it’s rarely crowded.
I’ve been going to Retro Fitness in Howell for years, and it was the first gym I ever joined. The machines are always working, and if something does go down, they get it fixed quickly. The gym is always clean, the community is great, and the front desk staff is supportive and welcoming. Even when it’s busy, I rarely have to wait for a machine. Great gym with a great atmosphere.
did you know that retro won't allow you to cancel a membership without coming physically into the gym. this is really unheard of. and i cannot believe this is their policy. STAY AWAY. go to planet fitness or any other gym. GARBAGE equipment. Smelly people all over this particular gym. just a horrendous experience.
Nick is an incredible employee, swiftly swooping into action when someone doesn’t wipe down the machine or making the most delectable protein shakes at any gym I’ve been to. I’ve been thinking about joining but Nick made it a very easy decision to join a gym with such a wonderful employee.
