I’ve been coming here for about 6 months now and pay for the top package. Today I came in and saw and employee that I’ve never seen before. After my 2 hour session I asked her to start the massage chair which has always haf a 30 minute timer on it, I typically do about 15 minutes.. well she stopped my chair after 10 minutes and refused to let me finish my massage. This is experience needs to be shared. I signed up for this gym with my 3 teenagers after being told by management that bringing my child would be allowed as long as she seated in the front area. Keenan, initially reinforced this—calling the gym a “community” and stating it would be fine as long as my child remained in the front and stayed occupied.
