HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR MANAGEMENT. So in July of 2025 I spoke to a gentleman over the phone about pausing my membership because I had changed jobs and with my new schedule had trouble getting there. He assured me that it was frozen so I wouldn’t get billed and to come back when I’m ready. Fast forward to last week…I discovered that I’ve been getting billed the entire time despite verbal confirmation. I was not happy.
