Nice gym clean and friendly staff. Would love it if they had some additional machines for chest and arms . Could also use another leg extension, leg curl machine and leg press .

I just had the pleasure of spending time with Jack over at East Northport. He was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely detailed, thorough, and felt as though he was born to work in a gym. I decided to book additional training sessions and will certainly be back. I feel extremely satisfied with them and certainly recommend training through their staff. 5 stars

I’m a retro member that normally attends the Cambridge location. Visiting family out of town, I figured I would stop by to check out the retro near them. Overall the gym was great, equipment was clean and in good working order. The spin bikes were excellent and I loved the bike computers and that spin classes are offered at this location. Avoid this place at all costs! Absolutely disgusting and unsafe. I honestly don’t know how this location stays open. The hygiene here is completely non-existent. There is never any soap in the bathrooms, which is disgusting for any public place, let alone a gym where everyone is sweating. To make matters worse, there are no paper towels or cleaning spray available to wipe down the machines. When I asked the staff about it, they literally told me they won’t be getting any more because it’s "too expensive." That is an absolute... read more
