Good luck cancelling your membership from this place, I followed the directions to the T by mailing them the required information, and now they are saying that I have to go to the club to cancel and that the directions in the contract are wrong and they keep giving me the run around. That's not my problem, good luck charging the fake card info losers and enjoy the bad review.
Great little private-feel gym but the hours of operation suck. Bring back gyms being open 24/7 or at least until midnight!!
TLDR Do not go here or any retro fitness. If I could give it zero stars I would. Long story, but I moved earlier this year. When I did, I called Retro Fitness to cancel my membership. They told me I had to either send a letter, or come in person to where I signed up at to cancel (terrible policy). So I sent a letter, I hadn't checked in some time but saw one day I was still being charged. Called and they told me they never received anything.
