Just asked the trainer to use the inbody. He said to make an appointment and walked off. Thank you for 1 telling me how to make an appointment (fail) I guess I shall go back to my home gym where I can no use Inbody cause no one knows password. What do I know about customer service and hospitality when there is a product and not a way to access ( fail) terrible service
Poorly run establishment especially this one in Richardson. Stinky dirty toilets, broken TVs , broken equipment, crowded (more than city allowed capacity !), clueless, disinterested, impolite front desk staff, etc etc the list goes on..membership is not cheap when you add annual fees etc. Where are the managers who need to be looking into this establishment and fixing these issue?
Signed up for a guest pass. Did not "register" said whatever. Give me a month membership I just need a place with a sauna to stretch. Signed up. Walked to the locker room no sauna. Asked the front desk clerk. Sorry we dont have a sauna. That was the first thing I asked! Now I have to alter MY scheudle around a managers to cancel? Unreal. Equipment is ok. Experience. Blah. Just pay the guest pass before making a decision.
I really like how clean this gym is — it’s always well-maintained and feels fresh every time I walk in. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, which makes for a great atmosphere. I also appreciate that it’s never too crowded, so there’s always equipment available when I need it. Plus, the Canva personal trainers are a great bonus when you need that extra push.
Great facility to work out. Rob and the personal trainers with CANVAS have been amazing with my process .
