I’ve been a member since this gym opened. Most of everything is great but today was a really bad experience. I went to enjoy a relaxing massage in the recovery room and there’s a kid sitting in one of the chairs. can’t be over 10 years old. Screaming their absolute head off at a video game on their phone and no parent in sight. Now you can hear this kid from outside the recovery room and the staff are very much aware.
