Great experience working with Chiara on personal training. She is very personable and detail oriented. It’s always pleasant to train and chat with her.
Two female employees and the manager standing behind the counter, and no one can help me add a new payment card on my account, and not help ring up my energy drink that I wanted to purchase at Retro of Fort Lee on 10/7/2025. So I put my drink back in the refrigerator, grabbed my car keys back off the wall rack, and I walked right out, after waiting in line for five minutes, and the tall female employee with pink hair braids giving me dirty looks from behind the counter. Get your customer service act together.
Not please with service behind the front counter and being ignored.
Coach Kyle has been absolutely amazing trainer to me. Every session is challenging and tailored to my goals. He has an incredible ability to explain techniques clearly, correct form with patience, and keep workouts both fun and effective. I been coming to retro since February and like the gym and the people that go there . The gym has friendly staff and Natalie makes the best smoothies around , keep up the good work !
