The gym has not offered any notification since the start of quarantine in regards to billing, I have tried endlessly to cancel my subscription and the number to the gym is out of service. And no other form of communication has been working I’m not comfortable physically going to the gym and all support can say is it’s needs to be handled directly. You guys closed to the pandemic I moved out Long Island during that time, you guys opened back up and have been charging me ever since without me even going to the gym but the worst part is that you are call forwarding all the calls so nobody can get thru to you to cancel my membership you people are crooks and I hope you go out of business. You have charged me for 3 months straight with me not being able to get in contact with anyone at the gym. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS
