Mike was very friendly,helpful, and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend him if you need to find older parts
Called multiple times trying to get someone on the phone, I did text as instructed and was never replied to. Happened to be driving by a few days later so I went in, waited awhile due to owner chatting with anothercl customer, didn't end up having my part but I did find it at a plumbing supply store in Winston-Salem off Stratford. I'd recommend not going in if you don't get a call or text back unless you're nearby and won't be wasting time if they don't have what you need.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! So refreshing to see that HONEST people are still around. I would still be kicking myself had I gone with the first estimate- it wasn’t even comparable. I’m a customer for life!
The guy there eyeballed the part in my hand and had what I needed before I walked up to the counter.
Mike is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been here twice for parts that aren't available at big box stores. I was able to get specific parts at this store that saved me from doing a ton of unnecessary and expensive work. If it weren't for this store, I would have had to replace both of my shower valves and update with a current fixture just to fix leaking showers. Mike was able to find cartridges for my older model valves that fixed my leaks and saved me a ton of work.
