Retro Drain Cleaning & Sewer Inspection

I am looking for someone to clean my rain drains and found retro drain cleaning. I was very impressed with all the 5 star reviews and really wanted retro to come and let me know what it was going to cost to unclog my drains. It says they are open 24 hours but I have called 3 times in the past month or so and have yet to get a return phone call. I am really disappointed, at least a phone call saying they are really busy would have been appreciated.

Joshua came out to check on a slow drain. He scoped the line and ultimately determined we had a septic tank issue. He has given us lots of great advice and referrals for companies that do the type of work we need. Joshua was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend him for drain cleaning / sewer line service.

I gave them a call and he got right back to me. I need a different service that they don't provide but he was happy to recommend me to a company that can help me. Customer service is great, I look forward to working with them in the future.

I was recommended Retro Drain by a buddy who trusts this company. I needed my sewer line scoped and Joshua was very professional and courteous. He knew exactly what he was doing and knew how to articulate it to me. He didn't leave a mess and provided me with advice on how to maintain my sewer line. I'll be using them in the future.
