Accepted payment on the website 150$ never received the product they refuse to answer my calls or emails. Dodgy! Also they list there opening house from 8am-4 and there no one here.
Used their website with Apple Pay in April. Now May, won’t return calls of emails. Part not delivered and I’m out $93. The worst part is that if you go to their website you can still pay for items but your will never get them. No replies after many calls and emails. I’m following up with fair trading Queensland.
We contacted Retro Caravan Restorations regarding several questions we had regarding our 1968 caravan. Having spoken to several caravan builders and shops in Perth without getting a concise answer to our questions, Retro Caravan Restorations gave us clear answers to all our queries. They spent quite some time discussing methods and solutions, all while knowing there was no financial gain to them. We highly recommend them on the basis of the help and advice given to us freely.
