Mason and Austin installed a 10kw Actron Air Ultraslim ducted system with three zone motors at my unit. Ben did the initial quote and liaising beforehand. Brilliant work from all three, efficient, fast, affordable, friendly. Could not recommend the team higher.
This is an unprofessional and dishonest company. They were sent to fix the air conditioning heating that wasn't working. After the service call, their technician claimed there was "no issue", even though the heater failed to warm the room. The company insisted a system that raises the temperature by a mere 2.6 degrees in an hour at maximum setting—and then lets it decrease—is "working correctly".
