The company was recommended by real estate agent. I should have done more due diligence and read recent reviews. I got two aircons serviced last month while tenant was still in the unit. Paid invoice after receiving photos of clean filters vs dirty one. I trusted service was done well. A month later, I checked and both aircons are not blowing cool air, and building manager noticed leakage of water that damaged floorboards caused by the aircon. Our couple of experiences with Ben and the team at Retro Air have been wonderful. The first time the serviced and check a couple of existing systems we had. Our second experience we had two new split systems installed in two bedrooms. These are installed well and working brilliantly and have our bedrooms at a much more pleasant temperature. I would highly recommend Retro Air to anyone looking for heating or cooling in their own home or business.
The service was first class Rob was great and then the installation team were prompt, courteous and tidy. I would strongly recommend RetroAir
Never properly diagnosed the problem, whilst pocketing callout fees each time. Cheaper to get a new unit.
