I will start this by saying that I bought from them many times. This time I bought a more than $150 pen manufactured by retro 51 and sold by national archives. Less than a week into me using it, and I am using electronic records at work, so I don’t use the pen too much, the finish on the section of the pen came off and the pen looks horrible. I contacted retro 51 right away, several times, I got no answer. They certainly lost me as a client.
I give these pens as gifts for almost any special occasion or thank you...everyone LOVES them...and usually wants to know where they can get more. Now I have a few friends that have become collectors. Always great customer service, too if I've ever had questions. Pen nerds agree, this is a healthy addiction. =)
These pens are savage! (I hear that's the term the kids are using these days)
