I had a really lovely experience here. My skin looked noticeably brighter and refreshed right after my HydraFacial. Aria was great to work with. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to explain what she was doing throughout the treatment, which I really appreciated. The space felt clean, calm, and well taken care of. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would happily come back.
I’m giving a 2 star simply because the only good experience I really had here was with my technician Shanel. She made sure to hear my concerns and actually acknowledge them while creating a comfortable environment each time I came in for my appointment. However, the management here has left me deeply disappointed. While I understand that laser hair removal takes time, I was left concerned when I still had hair all over my body even after my 8th session.
