Very serene and relaxing experience. I highly recommend all services. I experienced the sound bed, salt room and red-light sauna with chromotherapy. The staff is very helpful and professional as well. ❤❤❤❤

I attended a sound bath last week. We were provided heated eye masks, pillows for our head and legs. We were offered blankets and love oil and a card to write our intention to put under our pillow. Before we left we picked an angel card and given clear quartz crystals from Shasta that had been charged on the full moon. I've been to many sound baths and this was the most exquisite experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend this place!
