Staff is very friendly and kind hence why I came back thinking the fact that I bought a costume message to get deep tissue to be told by the therapist she can't because of her pain. Came in for Pedi, very kind person but my nails are not straight at all and I paid for a longer service to not even get a foot message with paying for the longest one. Like I said they were very nice and sweet but services have not been up to par.
My sister and I came here for a relaxing spa day and I cant wait to come back and do it all over again. All the staff were so friendly and helpful the whole day. Vibes are great here and you can tell everyone loves their job. I will be recommending Retreat to everyone i know.
