My first time here. I wanted a different fresh look. New bangs, layers and all. The young girl Karmen not only knew what I wanted but went above and beyond and took her time with me. I hv very fine hair and she made my look so different and fresh, I walked out feeling so happy. She took her time and kept making sure I was satisfied with each layering she was doing. Very very highly recommend this salon. Also I got a last minute appointment and was fitted in perfectly. Well done Retreat ! Great job Karmen. Thank you.
I recently moved to the central coast and was in need of a good haircut. My hair was cut and styled by Elise. I’ve gone to some of the best salons in Sydney, and they don’t come close to her skill. I have fine hair, but a decent amount of it. It’s really hard to find a hairdresser who knows how to style it so it looks voluminous and stylish, but Elise managed to do it. I highly recommend coming here, and I can’t wait to come back!
Really nice experience every time and I've been around 4-5 times now. I've had my hair style cut each time and dyed once and everything always turns out exactly how I wanted it and sits really nice for my hair type. I've had a lot of trouble in the past due to my weird fine but very thick (in volume) hair but they work with it and always create something beautiful. Highly recommend.
My main reasoning for 5 stars is solely on the beautiful Staff Hannah & Amber who made me feel absolutely wonderful from the moment I walked in those doors and enquired about a wash & blowdry. The wash & blowdry from Hannah was incredibly relaxing, she provided me with so much knowledge and helped a lot with my current scalp condition. I purchased two of the amazing salon products & I have been loving them! Amber was so caring and did an incredible job monitoring, teaching and styling my hair.
