You don't feel like you're living in an apartment when you live with Redwood. Not only do you feel like you're in your own home, but the community itself also feels like a friendly neighborhood. And don't even get me started on the hospitality of the leasing staff, especially the manager Sherry! You walk into the office as if you're going to visit with a friend.

Everyone is so cordial and helpful. Prompt attention to problems. The girls in the office are sweet and helpful. Jeremiah is wonderful and can fix a rainy day

The closet organizer is a disaster, actually taking more valuable space away from the master closet versus a simple wire rack. We are disappointed Redwood would choose such a poor solution. A sensible approach would dictate more usable space, not less. Plus the units are already split , they will be on the floor eventually. Poor quality and poor design. I would not agree this is an upgrade. Bring back the wire racks like the pantry and save yourself money and complaints.
