Manager was very knowledgeable and customer friendly. She went above and beyond in showing me open units and in answering all of my many questions.
I live at Redwood Apartments in Hidden Acres in Elyria. When I got home this afternoon the thermostat in the apartment showed 67°F, not 69° F that it was set at. I tried turning up the heat but the furnace was not working. I phoned the emergency number since today is Saturday and was promised the someone would contact me within 1/2 hour. A maintenance worker Paul phoned and said he would be over as soon as he could. He soon came over and attended to the problem. I now have a warmer, comfortable apartment 😊.
