The maintenance crew at this location has been becoming such a great team, I have noticed the yards looking better,, work orders I have placed being done in a timely manner. Good job .
Stephen has been amazing to work with and the whole apartment complex is fantastic!
This complex is nice but management is absolutely awful. My apartment happens to face the leasing office and I am constantly getting harassed by management about “leasing violations” such as putting my trash out a couple hours early due to occasional night shifts as a nurse while the rest of the complex is not. There has been a stinky nasty trash can that has been left out on my floor for weeks and nothings been done about it yet if I leave my trash out before i go into work I have a fine when it was literally removed on the... read more
If I could give no star I would. I came today to tour an apartment and free scheduling this appointment almost 3 -4 days in advance. I was 5 minutes early. The guy that was working got back to the building 4 minutes after my scheduled appointment because he was giving a tour. Which is fine. The problem is the guy helped a man with is family after I told him I had the appointment. I replied to 3 different text messages confirming I would be there.
