My ac went out and when I told the management they had maintenance come right away. The man working on it was here fixing my ac till it was working. He stayed past his time and I appreciate all he did for me. Great place to be.
Moving to Retreat at Krum from the Midwest and not having the opportunity to view the location in advance, we are thrilled with our decision. The staff is consistently checking in and lining up activities for the residents. The maintenance guys have been top notch, tending to even the smallest of our concerns.
