1 Star — If I could give 0, I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I’ve lived here less than a year and this place has been a nightmare from day one. My air conditioning was out for WEEKS during the summer — in Tennessee heat — and management barely responded. I work from home, and it was unlivable. I begged for help and waited while they made excuse after excuse. A supervisor finally came out and slapped in some cheap window units — which tells you how much they actually care about tenants.
