It’s ok, high MUD tax, responsive HOA, relatively quiet, no flooding.
In the beginning, the home buying process was a little chaotic but I'll give Pulte the benefit of the doubt since it was a crazy market for everyone. As far as the warranty goes, Steven did a great got during the walkthrough and put my mind at ease with the little imperfections caused by the house settling. I feel confident that Steven out my needs first and will provide impeccable customer service to future residents. Thank you Pulte, Centex, and Steven!
