This department is absolutely useless. Typical incompetent employees who lie and are too lazy to do their very simple jobs. These types of state employees are the reason CT residents believe their tax money is being wasted (which it is).
I have found every individual I spoke with over various issues to have all I needed right at their finger tips. On the very few occasions I was placed on hold, and that should be expected in a government office staffed at the level required, I never waited more than 60 seconds when the staff member returned with an accurate accounting of my issue and it was taken care of the same day.
