There should be a review by me from 2019 that rated Mark Schumacher as an expert...I have just completed additional dealings with him and I must, once again, give Mark a 5 STAR rating. Always, always patient with me, consumate professional and being a widow at age 80 I have had a myriad of questions. After an exhaustive search of various Reverse Mortgage providers via the internet and other resources, I came to realize that most all the providers relied heavily (if not exclusively) on telephone and internet services with no face to face, hands on guidance or support. Our experience with Mark began after two failed attempts at a reverse mortgage. Saying that we were frustrated was an understatement. Since the very beginning Mark was knowledgeable, patient and upfront with us. Mark was always prompt returning emails and phone calls.
