Was happy with Retiremed til fall 2024. No one answered phone so I emailed my questions. More than week later got an email asking me to call to get my questions answered. Endless loop of no help. Attended an in person session which was helpful but had individual questions. They scheduled a phone call sent me 2 reminders about the call & then no one called me. I called office was told they dropped the ball would look into it & call me back. Still waiting on that call. Extremely disappointed in customer service.

Met with an advisor & chose a plan that will work for me,however since then a couple of minor questions have come up.2 phone calls & messages left,no return call as of this post.Guess I'll go it on my own!

Everyone was very kind and friendly. Gordon was awesome, he listened to and understood my needs. He was a great help to me. I feel good knowing I have a team behind me should I need anything in the future regarding my Medicare. Very professional.
