Hard to get a hold of in general and has an attitude when called on a Sunday for a basic question. Would not recommend to anyone who needs to asks questions on a weekend. My family did business with this company for years and this is how I’m treated. Very unprofessional and frankly just rude.
Jen has been hands down nothing short of fantastic. When we realized we were going to have to pay out of pocket for another IVF cycle after our employer benefits ran out, Jen went above and beyond walking us through the various options to help support our fertility needs. Jen Francis is the GOAT! Her knowledge and guidance on how to pick the best plan for fertility coverage and my specific situation, plus advice when it comes to working with clinic billing and insurance, was extremely valuable. She was also great at responding to my many questions and helping me pin down the right paperwork to submit. I will only ever consult Jen when I need something insurance related.
