Jen was fantastic to work with! She helped me navigate fertility insurance, which can feel overwhelming, and made the whole process surprisingly smooth. She was quick to respond, explained everything thoroughly, and I never felt lost or confused. Highly recommend her if you're looking for someone knowledgeable and easy to work with!
I can't say enough good things about Jen and if I could I'd give her more than 5 stars. I needed a second insurance to cover fertility benefits and Jen was incredible. She provided very thorough but concise information to help me pick the best plan and helped me through the entire process. If you're thinking about reaching out to her, do it!
