Helpful and polite.
Wanted to advise them about Presbyterian Medicare Advantage Plan changing the published coverage benefit. However, NMRHCA seems to be unable to answer the phone let alone respond to an insurance complaint. Oh, I forgot, we're in NM where insurance rate payers and patients don't count!
Jason is the most professional, courteous, knowledgeable and caring person that I ever dealt with at the NMRHCA. He has helped me through some very trying times.
The staff is punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable.
We are waiting for Part B Medicare to be approved, receptionist, and Debbie were very nice and so very helpful.
