The staff is punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable.
We are waiting for Part B Medicare to be approved, receptionist, and Debbie were very nice and so very helpful.
People there act like everything is your fault. The signed me up for the wrong policy, charged me for it and were rude when I tried to get it fixed.

I called this morning to inquire basic information on life insurance on the 1800 number. The girl who answered was so rude and condescending. Do you guys have a budget to send staff to train on how to treat customers? I suggest you do, she truly needs it
