I see other reviews where people said that it was hard to get service and attention. But I had the opposite experience, they gave me their full attention. They were very friendly. In fact, while one person was working on my case, 2 others came up separately to ask if I needed help. I think maybe the other reviewers came during a big surge time. But basically, they were very friendly, pleasant helpful, considerate

Unfortunately, the wait time to speak to an agent is absolutely ridiculous. Secondly, using their chat feature was no better as I was unable to accomplish my task. There's got to be a better and easier way for them to do their business and provide timely customer service!

9:35 am received a call back after waiting a day for the automated set-up to have an "agent" call me back, June 16, 2026. I answered the call and there is silence. Why call me and stay silent for 4 minutes and then just hang up? What a waste of monies allocated for these workers to play these games because they do not want to work.

Wanted to advise them about Presbyterian Medicare Advantage Plan changing the published coverage benefit. However, NMRHCA seems to be unable to answer the phone let alone respond to an insurance complaint. Oh, I forgot, we're in NM where insurance rate payers and patients don't count!
