Thinking about buying a new Seeley home so you dont have to fix anything for 10 years? DON'T!!!!!!! 2 years after purchasing a house from Seeley the master bathroom tub is clearly moving. When the issue was brought up with Seeley homes I was told the grout must have shrunk because the humidity in the home was not high enough. Obviously completely incorrect!!!
