I just broke my FOURTH BONE. I called Dr. Booth's office out of concern & to see about starting a med to strengthen my bones. The assistant called me back next day. "You're not due for next bone scan until 2025"!!! And that was literally all she said. The severe lack of concern for my bone health is frightening since it is my 4th break. Plus her 100% inability to address my suffering from menopause symptoms has now made me decide to go elsewhere for my lady parts needs. Dr Booth has always been wonderful, take her time with you, is thorough, answers all of your questions, and treats you with compassion. I’ve been a patient of hers for about 15 years . Zero complaints. And I switched from another practice where I did not like the doctor .
I have never had to wait more than maybe 5 minutes. Dr Booth listens and was very kind, knowledgeable and caring.
I’m so glad I finally got out of that practice. Completely unprofessional. They lie and mislead and misguide the patients. Be careful and don’t believe everything they say . Please double check everything! Even dr booth is the same She suggest I looked for a better practice !! And she was right !!!! Huge difference!! Now I’m treated like a human and not like an number or an animal . Thanks for the advice 🙏🏻
