Just another eye clinic that rushes you out the door. I was hoping they would be more specialized and understanding of my retinal condition. The doctor seemed like a nice guy, I just did not feel as though I was heard or listened to. Also, good luck getting ahold of people actually at the clinic you visited, they pass it off to the main building who then passes you around.
This practice is impossible to communicate with. Be happy if you communicate with them on the same business day.
I have enjoyed working here for six years. My patients are amazing people—I count it a privilege and honor every day to be there for them to help them preserve and restore vision. And words can’t possibly describe how wonderful my staff are—they treat this work as a sacred calling and love our patients very well. Truly blessed to serve here.
They are professional, talented and very nice. I had a 2.5 hour wait, consider it worth it because Dr. Baskin restored my vision by undertaking a complicated, rarely performed operation. For that I'm very grateful.
