Every time I go to him, he’s very thorough and describes every possible condition. My eyes may be in. He’s not wanting to have surgery until it’s necessary and I appreciate that so much very organized office. We are very impressed.
My wife and I moved to the area about two and a half years ago. I have an issue that requires ongoing injections in my left eye. I found Dr. Haivala and couldn't be happier with my treatments. Dr. Haivala communicates clearly, spent time explaining options and performs the actual treatments very professionally. HOWEVER, his staff are equally as professional, personable and efficient. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate their efforts. I am truly grateful for the doctor and his staff.
Dr Haivala has cared for my husband for more than 11 years. His knowledge, expertise, and care is unmatched. He is unhurried and listens to concerns. The staff is personable and efficient- they all care for patients who need their services.
