The office made a mistake filing under my insurance, sent a notice that the bill was overdue and needed to be paid in 10 days, and when I called three days later they said they had sent it to collection. After calling they admitted it was their fault. This was incredibly distasteful to send to collections prior to the notice due date especially when the issue was on their side. Dr. Lee is amazing! He performed laser photocoagulation in both of my eyes due to small holes from lattice degeneration. I was very nervous, but I am so glad I went through with it. He answered all of my questions and was excellent during the procedure. He told me how it was going and was very clear about my results. The pain was minimal and recovery was easy. It went very well and I am so thankful for his expertise and care!
Dr. Federici is a kind, patient and trusting doctor. The office is an exception to the norm with a friendly staff in a lovely area. Blessed and thankful to have been referred there. Thank you
Absolutely horrible I have a serious issue that’s needs to be looked at and I had to wait 3 months for a appointment and then they call me 10 days before my appointment and tell me the doctor won’t be in that day and want to schedule me another appointment another month out of you can’t see the patients you have then you should not be taken on so many patients
