Terrible experience for mom. Would give zero stars if that was an option. The doctor (Lee) was dismissive and did not address any of the concerns raised by my mother, which were primarily rooted in slowing vision loss and preserving independence. His diagnosis was basically “these things happen when you get older and there’s nothing we can do.” Save yourself a visit and skip to the part where you get a second opinion.
The office made a mistake filing under my insurance, sent a notice that the bill was overdue and needed to be paid in 10 days, and when I called three days later they said they had sent it to collection. After calling they admitted it was their fault. This was incredibly distasteful to send to collections prior to the notice due date especially when the issue was on their side.
