Don’t be intimidated by the large number of folks waiting for treatment when you step into this clinic. The professional, helpful and friendly staff eagerly treat every patient with respect and dignity. Each patient has a specific eye care need that is addressed with caring expertise.
Did not have a positive experience. When I asked what the eye injections would be like as I’ve never had them before the Dr.’s reply was “that’s the least of your concerns” and if there were risks or side effects he replied “there’s risks to anything you do”….not what I want in a Dr. There was more but to cut a long story short I went to Retina associates of western ny in horseheads and loved them….they were outstanding and I would recommend to anyone in need of a caring, compassionate specialist
Wait an hour and fifteen minutes for the doctor to grace me with thirty seconds of his time, not look me in the eye when he spoke to me and hit me with a "see you next year". The drops left my eyes gunky, and heavy, and the assistant, who was rude from the get go, told me that they had no eye wash drops...at an eye specialist. Terrible bedside manner. The reception is that checked me in was moderately pleasant.
