Wonderful care!!
My husband has been going here for a while now and there are times that we have been there for many HOURS, today he had the appointment written down 30 minutes later than the appointment, they would not see him because he was late. We both took PTO. It’s ok to waste our time, but god forbid a human ACCIDENTALLY wrote down 3:30 instead of 3:00. Btw we were there earlier than 3:30 too.
I chose Dr Conrad to perform a retinal procedure on a family member and am an eye doctor myself. The results were anatomically very good. He has a pleasant staff and is himself a personable doctor who most importantly is adept surgically. I am happy to have found him.
The worst medical practice I have ever had to deal with. Stay away from these nasty people.
I had an appointment at 10.00 came 12 noon still was not taken had to ask when I was going to be seen I was told I was next. Finally got seen when I scheduled my next appointment 4 weeks later was canceled scheduled another appointment a week later that was cancelled also. I’m done they really don’t care about you at all going to find someone else unbelievable. I would NOT recommend going here.
