As a long time patient of Dr. Eric Kanter, I have received very good care. The doctors reputation is also built on his office staff. The female office receptionist (Alex) does not possess the proper skills related to phone etiquette or her responses to Dr. Kanter's patients. She is rude, nasty and inappropriate. Dr. Kanter should be aware of this treatment to his patients, because some people will view , you are only as good as your office staff. This office and Dr Xia are really great. Professionalism through the roof and Dr Xia has a fantastic bedside manner.
Dr Xia has excellent technical skills as well as well as bedside manners. I highly recommend Dr. Xia.
She was great. She was courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and spoke very direct.
