Dr Xia is always so very professional and explained in detail the my specific situation and expectations. The wait time was extremely long though seems like there was overbooking. Took over an hour and a half to finally get to see her. Many upset patients in waiting room.
Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful.
I recently saw Dr. Xia for the first time and was very impressed. She clearly is skilled and experienced but also has a warm and respectful interaction with patients. I appreciated that she shared info with me as though I was fully capable of understanding! Her staff was also friendly and efficient.
The support team at Retina Vitreous Consultants is great! They are always very courteous and friendly, and they do their jobs well. They are also very knowledgeable. The surgical coordinator, Audrie, is very helpful, follows-up and knows exactly how everything should be done! Awesome team!
