I had an excellent experience here. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was taken care of and received the answers I needed. I will be teturning for an annual eye check-up.
I felt I had a very thorough exam. And the wait time was very minimal.
Dr Pelzak is spot on in everything-highly knowledgeable, to the point, thorough and clear. His staff works hard and is always kind. Thank you for taking care of my eyes!
Receptionist here have screwed up 2 of my appointments. Drive 2 hrs to be called 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment to inform me my Dr will be late. Then asking for $400 dollars for treatment because they can't navigate the insurance system. Unacceptable. Go here Go blind
