Very Good. Dr Charles and all the staff were very satisfied.
Professional yet personal; very competent and patient-centered
My appointment was at 8 - the office wasn't even open - staff casually walked in after 8 - I was called back for my appt late, after 8, by a staff member that walked in after I was already there. I guess their patients time is not important - Also discussing patient accounts in front of other patients while I was standing right there - violation of patients privacy and very rude!!
I had an excellent experience here. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was taken care of and received the answers I needed. I will be teturning for an annual eye check-up.
