Appointments take forever. lot's of waiting. I believe Dr B. is competent. She does not engage with customer relations issues other than to write you that she's discontinuing service and to find a new doctor if something is wrong. Her accountant should never communicate with customers. The rest of the staff is nice. One star for competence, one star for the other staff.
Always a 2 hour appointment, mostly waiting as the previous person mentioned. Needs to see less patients, or have another Dr. Inhouse.
